This policy applies to all shipping and related services provided by EarthShip. "Customer" refers to any user of our services. "Return" means the process of sending goods back or requesting a service cancellation. "Refund" is the reimbursement of eligible fees.
Cancellations before your shipment leaves our facility may receive a partial refund for the unused portion of your international shipping fee. Domestic shipping fees (packages sent from your home to our U.S. facility) are non-refundable. The refunded amount will be returned as credit to your EarthShip Wallet, usable for future shipments.

Refunds or credits will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as EarthShip wallet credit, based on eligibility.
Refunds will not be granted for services already rendered, goods damaged by improper packaging, or premium options like express service.
