User Conduct
Harassment in any manner or form on the website, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the website any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
Our Services
Storage: We will store your packages in the warehouse for up to 30 days without charge until we receive all the required fees and customs forms for shipping and any additional packages that are to be consolidated. After 30 days, we will charge you a fee of 1 USD a day which will be paid prior to shipment.
Consolidation & Repackaging: Consolidation and repacking will be charged 1 USD per package. Once the consolidation has been completed, it cannot be re-consolidated. On request, we will provide a photo of the contents of your consolidated package for an extra charge (3 USD for each photo taken).
Payments & Refunds
We are taking the following forms of payment: credit card, debit card, Zelle, Wire Transfer and Western Union. Bank transfer will apply a 15 USD banking fee to process your payment. Western Union will apply a 15 USD handling fee.
You agree that any shipments in “shipped out” status are not eligible for a refund. You will be liable for all international or domestic charges, including customs/duties if you request a return of a shipment once it has been released from the warehouse. If you request a refund before the shipment is released from the warehouse, you will receive your refund in 3–5 business days.
Shipping & Export
You can protect your packages against loss or damage during shipping with insurance when available. Trips made by the services offered in the shipping calculator shown and is not responsible for the actual shipping that is chosen by you. All terms and conditions of the selected shipping service (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) apply to you.
Customer must export products from the United States in accordance with all applicable United States export control laws and regulations including regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Treasury.
Limitation of Liability
YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER, NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, OR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SITE WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE, INCLUDING DAMAGES CAUSED BY VIRUSES OR ANY INCORRECTNESS OR INCOMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION ON THE SITE, OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES.
Termination of Use
We may terminate your account or your use of the Site at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Site at any time without prior notice.
